Project manage the integration of the new WHS legislation in WA for the entire Nickel West business.
Solution
Established a Sharepoint page specifically for project updates and accessing key documentation. Developed construction work documentation – procedure, JHA/SWMS template, construction WHS management plan. Developed Principal Mining Hazard Management Plans. Developed an overview of the Mine Safety Management System. Established quarterly forums for SSE/Exploration Managers.
Results
Mine Safety Management system compliant to WHS (Mines) Regulations 2022.
